GUITARS R LUSE is the name given to the annual workshop at which my father's students give public performances. In 2004 Guitars R Luse was held in the social hall of Nimh Gardens Condominium, kindly supported by Mr S P Tan. The workshop gives students a chance to apply their skills in front of an audience and to cut their performance teeth for the first time or to attempt to improve on previous years' showings. It is always a rewarding exercise, and the event itself is fun-filled and often slightly crazy.
